InterPoker is run by the same people who run InterCasino, one of the largest online casinos on the net and a very well respected casino as well. Because of this relationship many InterPoker players are casino gamblers who have decided to take up poker. This new found group of players tends not to have the experience at playing poker than many players found at other poker rooms possess, so if you are an aspiring pro this is not the place for you to sharpen your poker playing skills.
The InterPoker software has a good look to it and feels good to play. The Texas Hold'em ring games are fine with InterPoker offering both six and ten player tables and table limit, pot limit, and no limit betting options. The tournament action, however, is not as good as it could be as only 10 player tables are available and because the InterPoker room has a small player base they can be slow to fill up. It is much the same for multi-table tournaments; no game variety and a small base of players to draw from.
InterPoker is not a top pick, however, it does have some good features, such as the ability to tell players such information as; the average size of the pots, how many hands are played per hour, and the average number of players who see the flop. InterPoker also has a very nice bad beat jackpot that starts out at $2,500 and grows by $250 a day until won.
